Saab 2-stroke, from 1948 to 1980, Ursaab in 1947, and the Troll Car in 1958!

Ursaab, that's a car of which there's only one at the Trollhattan Museum in Trollhattan Sweden, and it was the sole prototype for the Saab 92, the Ursaab, produced from 1949 to around 1956. The Ursaab dates back to 1947. My grandma is said to have driven a Saab 2-stroke, maybe a 1956-1958 model, possibly in the late '60s or early '70s. Apparently, she got it secondhand from the school principal in Kongsberg Norway, where she worked, who took good care of it. In the mid-'70s, my mom is supposed to have driven the same car until she met my dad, and they got themselves a Renault 12 station wagon.

Whether my grandma and mom drove a Saab 93 with or without turn signals on the front sides, I'll probably never know. As for the Norwegian Troll Car, only four were produced at the factory in Lunde, Telemark, from 1956 until the bankruptcy in 1958. There's still an auto museum in Lunde, Telemark, with most of the cars on display. I'm not sure if one of them is at the Norwegian Museum of Science and Technology in Grefsen, Oslo, as it's been a while since I visited that museum. The cars were made of fiberglass and were originally intended to be the first mass-produced cars in Europe to use fiberglass. The body was constructed in collaboration with the German car brand Gutbrod.
